The CTM 360a label applicator series lets you apply labels extremely fast. It’s ideal for production lines. 

 

Applicator Overview 

 

The 360a Series modular label applicator has been designed by CTM Integration specifically for production lines. It is a stand-alone module that can be fitted to virtually any installation. The device can label objects on any side. The device includes three types of applicators: merge, blow-on or tamp. 

 

This CTM labelling system easily adapts to different types of workloads with its state-of-the-art electronics and external connectors to accommodate various applications like loose loop control, product shape profiling imprinting and many more.

Applicator Features 

 

Extremely Fast 

  • Applies labels at between 1500 and 3000 inches per minute, depending on the type of module used. 

Accurate 

  • Error tolerance is +/- 0.03125″. 

Easily Adaptable 

  • Three different types of applicators can be used to best adapt to the surface of the objects to be labelled 
  • Can dispense labels from the left or right side of the machine 
  • Can be easily adjusted for labels measuring from 0.75″ to 7.5″ or 0.75″ x 10″  
  • Each part can be easily added or removed if repairs are needed. 

Easy to Use 

  • A 7-inch, 256-colour TFT touchscreen operator makes it easy to use. Any problems with the machine will appear on the screen. 
  • The screen is illuminated. There’s no need to worry about visibility.
