Energy efficiency in a flexographic and digital printing plant is essential to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact.

 Here are some key strategies we use: 

1. Equipment optimization: Use energy-efficient machines and maintain them regularly to ensure optimum performance. 
2. Efficient lighting: Install LED lighting systems to reduce energy consumption. 
3. Heat recycling: Install heat recovery systems to reuse thermal energy generated by production processes. The one used here is the Annexair type. 
4. Staff training: Raise awareness and train employees in energy-saving practices to encourage responsible behavior. 
5. Monitoring and control: Use energy management systems to monitor consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
