An ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) evaluation is a process used to measure a company’s performance in three key areas:

1. Environmental: Assesses the company’s impact on the environment, such as CO2 emissions, use of renewable energy, and recycling practices.
2. Social: Measures the company’s impact on society, including working conditions, human rights, and relationships with the local community.
3. Governance: Examines the company’s management practices, such as transparency, anti-corruption measures, and diversity within the board of directors.
