Bottle-Matic II applicators make applying labels to cylindrical objects such as bottles or cans easy. With this device, you can label the front and back of these objects at the same time. Simply adjust the machine using a handle.  

 

Applicator Overview 

The machine is simple to operate. The operator inserts the container to be labelled and releases the foot pedal to apply the label. The second label is applied at a spacing predetermined by the indexing handle. 

 

Once a rhythm has been set, label application is a breeze. Changing label rolls is also very easy.

Applicator Features 

 

Great Versatility 

  • Can be used with any cylindrical or conical container. Simply adjust the position of the free roll.  
  • Can be further adapted for more complex containers. 
  • Can handle most tapered containers simply by adjusting the idle roller position.
  • Works with all kinds of labels.
  • The Bottle Matic II has two size options: 10″ and 16″.
  • Can label objects up to 15″ long, excluding the neck.
