    1. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that our company complies with Bill S-211, An Act to enact the Combating Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. LOCATIONS AND SCOPE<\/strong>\n

      1. This policy applies to all activities of our business, including the manufacturing and import of goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>\n

        1. It is the responsibility of each employee to understand and comply with this policy.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Management is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. POLITICS<\/strong>\n

          1. Transparency\n
              \n
            1. We are committed to maintaining full transparency in our supply chains and reporting any risks of forced or child labor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. We comply with the laws of the regions in which we operate and do not use forced labour or the labour of children under the age of 15.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Commerce\n

              1. We will comply with the reporting obligation imposed by Bill S-211. These reports will be made public and will include information on the risks, review processes and remediation mechanisms for forced or child labour in our supply chains.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Offences\n

                1. We understand that fines may be imposed for false or misleading statements in our reports. We are committed to providing accurate and truthful information in all our reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
