Job Description

Multi Action is a company in full expansion and is always looking to grow its big family. We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The new team member will work under the responsibility of the CSR and office manager. The selected candidate should be able to answer customer inquiries regarding their orders and make a follow up on the start of production. If you have a remarkable customer service experience and you are interested in new challenges, then this is a great opportunity for you !

Proposed challenges

  • Answering incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general customer concerns;
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive relationship with every caller;
  • Entering orders;
  • Working in collaboration with the other departments such as sales, estimating, production, and scheduling;
  • Listening to customers complaints and clarifying the issue
  • Communicating with the other departments if needed and helping them finding solutions;
  • Explaining to the customer the best solution to solve the issue
  • Expediting correction or adjustment;
  • Making a follow up regarding customers orders
  • Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call;
  • Performing all other related tasks.


  • Experience working as a CSR in a production facility;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to work in team
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to use computer tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.).
